Our higher dome ovens such as the Lisboa, Famosi and Venturas ovens are rotisserie capable. In the back of these ovens there is an inverted metal cap insert that the end of the spit rests in. Simply skewer your favorite piece of meat and rotate it as it cooks beautifully in your wood fired oven. A great advantage of using pizza oven rotisserie is that it guarantees a more even roast and faster cooking time.
