Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the weight of our professional-grade ovens, some units are shipped via freight, and our carrier will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.

What is your return policy for large items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused ovens in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged.
Do I need a professional to install my pizza oven?
Most of our portable and tabletop models are ready to use right out of the box. However, for our built-in masonry series, we recommend consulting a local contractor to ensure proper ventilation and structural support.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All ovens purchased through Pizza Ovens R Us come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
